The item must remain in its original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank policy.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
